  • The models are uncensored. How you use them is your choice and your responsibility.
  • What you send and what the models give back belong to you.
  • Credits are prepaid and charged per token. There is no subscription.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

  1. Using Silk Compute

    By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be 18 or older. If you use Silk Compute for a company, you agree for that company.

  2. Your account and API keys

    Keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for every request made with your keys, so revoke a key right away if it leaks. One person or team per account; do not share or resell access without asking us first.

  3. Your responsibility

    The models are served without content filters, and we do not read your requests. What you do with Silk Compute is up to you, and so is the responsibility for it.

    You are responsible for what you send, for how you use the answers, and for following the laws that apply to you.

    Security research, red-teaming, and testing your own systems are welcome.

  4. Your requests and the answers

    What you send and what the models give back belong to you. AI makes mistakes, so check the answers before you rely on them, especially for anything legal, medical, financial, or security related.

  5. Credits and billing

    Silk Compute is prepaid. You buy credits, from $5, by card or crypto, and each request is charged per token at the prices on our models page. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum. When your credits run out, requests stop until you top up.

    Credits are not refundable, except when we charged you by mistake or the law says otherwise. If we remove credits from an account that has been inactive for a long time, email us and we will restore them.

    Crypto payments must match the quoted amount. If you send too little or too much, email us with the transaction ID and we will sort it out.

    We may change prices. New prices apply to requests made after we publish them; they never change the cost of past requests.

  6. The service

    We work to keep Silk Compute fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never go down. Models can be added, changed, or retired, and a model may be briefly unavailable when it is at capacity. We will give notice before we retire a model when we can.

  7. Closing your account

    You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Any credits left in it are lost.

  8. Our responsibility

    Silk Compute is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or what you do with the models' answers, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

  9. Changes to these terms

    When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we will email you before they take effect. Using Silk Compute after that means you accept the new terms.

  10. Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
